Caiman Vessel Sealer
The Caiman Vessel Sealer is designed with a proprietary, hinged lower jaw that causes the tip of the instrument to close first, capturing tissue and preventing slippage. When combined with the longest jaws available on the market, this unique feature helps reduce tissue transection time by up to 43% compared to other competitive vessel sealers.1 The benefits of Caiman’s “tip-first” jaw closure have been studied in peer-reviewed publications that found this unique feature helped to increase efficiency and decrease operative time over historic control devices.5
